I was wondering today if maybe I have been seeing Prana Dots, because for awhile now I have been complaining to the eye doctors about those " floaters! " Today I was standing outside asking myself, " Are they floaters or are they Prana Dots? " Sometimes they seem like they sparkle a little. And also I was wondering about the " spontaneous yoga " thing. Because I have also noticed for quite a while now that I have the urge to stretch an awful lot. I'm constantly stretching in my office and thinking I really probably shouldn't do that so much. But sometimes I just can't stand it - I just have to! Maybe that's something different. I love my back stretch, except when I lean over and do the Rag Doll, I literally 'pop' my spine apart. It sounds grose, but I've been doing it for years. I would get a series of pops along my spine and god does it feel good! The pressure is gone after that. My chiropractor tells me its okay since my spine is more loose than normal.
