Chrism:

Since I started these practices a short while ago:

My very first experience was the bliss, " oneness " , euphoria, all understanding

that lasted my entire third shift and until I went to bed (I was afraid I would

not go to sleep that morning-but finally went into a deep blissful sleep).

This happened after only one or two correspondences with you.

My question, was this considered " Samadhi " or " opening of the crown

chakra " --both of these seem to have similar descriptions. Since this was the

STRONGEST wide awake experience of my entire (almost) 53 years, I wonder what to

call it!

Since then, more recently...I have the hot and sometimes cold feelings, along

with the " tingles " from the feet up.

The only " bad feelings " were extreme dizziness that was immediately relieved by

Bhanda Lock exercise.

You input is greatly appreciated!

I don't ponder these things too much, that seems to dull the experience.

I just need guidance in terminology so I can discuss them properly and try to

keep on the " proper path " to help me use Kundalini to become a better servant of

mankind and a more spiritually evolved person.

Bless you kind sir!

:) :) :)

Re: Richard Jones? - Richard

Hello Richard and good to hear from you. You will be feeling temperature

changes so no worries, chakras in the feet are often opening and flexing as they

become stimulated shakti can be cool or cold. Continue and please keep us in the

loop of what occurs. No problem with either issue -
