Guest guest
Yes Hello Stephen, Your crown is opening. This was something planned and desired for by you and your guidance. One of the ways you could have gone but not forced on you and not in anyway given to you but achieved by you through the choices you have made. This is your bounty. It is a rare gift you have given yourself and though it is an unknown country for you, your intuition and inner strength will guide you to use this gift for the betterment of those that you intend for. It is on purpose that I do not use very much Sanskrit when I am conversant about the Kundalini. It is a multi cultural force of nature within all people. Yes the ancient Hindu did a remarkable effort in tracking and learning of this force and we are gifted with the fruits of their work but unless one is conversant with in that structure it can become a confusing experience. So I would not try to relate - unless it is of interest - to what the Sanskrit meanings and terminology are. John M knows them better than I. I am different in that my awakening had no real imput from a Vedic or Sanskrit source. Though I love the language, and it is a force in and of itself, a mulit- tiered phenomena of prayer, communication, intention and manifestation, I do not rely on it to transfer the knowledge to this list. The English will do for now, there will come a time when you are compelled to use the Sanskrit and if this is that time now then so be it but I would like to go a different way with it for the moment. Your crown is in a slow motion unfolding. That is the real gift. The slow and thorough infusion of the 1000 chakras of the seventh chakra. You are also experiencing the opening of the heart center as this goes hand in hand in many awakenings. The temp. changes will be sublime and extreme at times as the body structures are reorganized and modified in order to hold this natural force. Ice cold to searing heat can be experienced from head to toe. But you know of the controls. the breathing techniques to cool you or heat you and this is where your experience will differ from those who are not exposed to these tools. You will keep your sanity. Your palms and feet will have temperature changes as will the entire spine go through a mix of different temperature states. So will your personality to some degree. As you are doing the practice your ego is being educated in what steps are needed for further development. You will also respond emotionally to the continued infusion of each chakra and the unique qualities of each of them. Then some spinal sweeps and kriyas. But that's a bit ahead of the chapter we are on at the moment. - Keep practicing and deepen your time periods of meditation and the forgiveness's and the Yoga's. blessings Stephen - chrism stephen condrey <stephencondrey wrote: Chrism: Since I started these practices a short while ago: My very first experience was the bliss, " oneness " , euphoria, all understanding that lasted my entire third shift and until I went to bed (I was afraid I would not go to sleep that morning-but finally went into a deep blissful sleep). This happened after only one or two correspondences with you. My question, was this considered " Samadhi " or " opening of the crown chakra " --both of these seem to have similar descriptions. Since this was the STRONGEST wide awake experience of my entire (almost) 53 years, I wonder what to call it! Since then, more recently...I have the hot and sometimes cold feelings, along with the " tingles " from the feet up. The only " bad feelings " were extreme dizziness that was immediately relieved by Bhanda Lock exercise. You input is greatly appreciated! I don't ponder these things too much, that seems to dull the experience. I just need guidance in terminology so I can discuss them properly and try to keep on the " proper path " to help me use Kundalini to become a better servant of mankind and a more spiritually evolved person. Bless you kind sir! :) Stephen - Thursday, July 20, 2006 2:35 AM Re: Richard Jones? - Richard Hello Richard and good to hear from you. You will be feeling temperature changes so no worries, chakras in the feet are often opening and flexing as they become stimulated shakti can be cool or cold. Guest guest
OK! I know what it is..and it is indeed beautiful! Thank you for your guidance. I'm like you with Sanskrit: beautiful language, full of ancient power! But, there is power in all words, and I too " English " that I grew up with will pass the outer boundries of my ears into the inner universe of my soul more efficiently at this time! My mantras are all spoken in English. Blessings! :) Stephen - Thursday, July 20, 2006 7:15 AM Re: CHRISM- Hot & Cold - Stephen Yes Hello Stephen, Your crown is opening.
