Guest guest
My weekend has left me with a renewed sense of intention, especially when I finally sat down to read through the material (what the 5 Tibetans are) that chrism sent to me and realized that these exercises are identical to the exercises given to me after I'd visited the Light Institute in Gallisteo, NM in 2001. Time to revisit and integrate, I say! Peacefulness and Joy! Stephanie
Guest guest
Isn't it fun how things that are so important just pop up again and again. My wife and step-daughter who don't realize that they are very in to all this, have been talking about the " 5 Tibetans " the last four days while they have been away on a Barrel Racing journey. Seems they made an off-hand remark about me doing these and some of their friends on the rodeo trail (remember I'm in Montana) are doing them also (and have been for years). Now they are all thinking about incorporating them into their schedule. : ) Go figure. " First the 5 Tibetans and then work the horses. " I have such a fun life. Guest guest
Well Stephanie, I must say that I have not heard of this institute or the town or city of Gallisteo but I honor them and the good work they are doing. Identical? Tongue up? eyes up? Fingers in the Kundalini mudras? -smile-
Guest guest
Hello Sam, How are the Bhandas going? I would like to suggest for you to do them right after the five Tibetans and right before you meditate. Bringing the alternate nostril breathing.- If this suits your feelings - blessings - chrism
Guest guest
I do the 5 Tibetans right after my 20 Marines in the morning as soon as I get up. I pray to the Goddess and do the nostril breathing immediately following the 5 Tibetans. Meditation is in the evening, late at night, early in the morning and just before getting up. I have been doing the Bandhas sporadically throughout the day as they come to me, usually 3-5 times a day. I will put them in between the 5 Tibetans and the nostril breathing and before the meditations as they lead me. I have found myself in awkward positions but I don't think that they were Yoga positions. : ) As for aches and pains -- what 59 year old doesn't have aches and pains. That's part of the territory. I'm happy with it. Helps me be aware of my wonderful friend, my body. Life is blessed and wonderful. BlessU Sam , chrism <> wrote: > > Hello Sam, > How are the Bhandas going?
