Guest guest Posted July 24, 2006 Report Share Posted July 24, 2006 Hello Chrism, From what I've received from regarding the 5 (+1) Tibetans, the exercises are identical to those in Chris Griscom's (founder of the Light Institute) book, Ageless Body. She also discusses the importance of water and diet, and most of the other items in your Safeties list. I have yet to read anything about " eyes up " and " fingers in the Kundalini mudras " from you. " Tongue up " I got. Throw 'em to me gently. ~ ; -^ ) The work at the the Light Institute is indeed good. Chris G. and her facilitators work with clients with multiple incarnations in sessions which help heal the emotional body and release the memories of the past lives at the cellular level. Some of the yoga exercises are given during the 4 day stay, the rest are strongly suggested once the client goes home to help integrate and process the intense work that has been done in session.
