Guest guest
First do your best to get permission. What you are describing Ray is a technique called " cording. " Cording can be a very strong device for healing but it can also cause issues of keeping theirs and your space separate for you and them difficult. I would keep the energetics for healing in your hands just for the moment. Open your hands wide and point the palms at your face, squeeze the sphincter and feel a pulse of energy rise up your spine to your heart. At the heart feel it branch off to flow down your arms and into both hands equally. It will emerge from the palms but also from the finger tips and thumb tips. Visualize the person in front of you and apply your hands and tips to the afflicted area or beam the energy. As you displace the " Illness energy " see it fall into the earth as little black drops and watch the earth suck them down quickly. Feeeeel love and respect and allowing for this person and in no way force the healing to occur. People learn from illness too. Allow the energy to find its way and only as much as the persons body will receive. This will be dictated by their high Self(ves). After you are done make your separations so that you do not leave an " ego print " on the healing. To make a separation Visualize the person and the healing and shatter the image see the shards of the image get swallowed by the earth or the Sun or allow yourself to create an scenario that accomplishes this do this three times with the intention of freedom for both of you. Then do not think or revisit this much as you would not dig up a seed to see if it had sprouted. Trust in your intention, your guidance, and the energy. - blessings Ray - chrism raazor wrote: Hello Chrism, I've been wanting to ask about how to send healing to someone. Is there a " best " method. When I think about sending healing to someone, I usually visualize the other person and me in the same picture, and generate the healing energy as a stream that comes from probably my solar plexus region and goes to the person's area of affliction, or just into the person. How is it done correctly? I've never been coached in this, and find myself wondering if I'm doing it at all correctly. Thanks very much for your mentoring.
