Guest guest
Hi all , I have been a little irratic with my practice and will probably not get settled into them again for a week, when I'll be back home again with no little ones around. I have managed nearly everyday to do the 5 tibetans (as I love them so much), but on the odd day my nostril breathing has not been completed. But, on the other hand, a lot of releasing is occuring and many things have been faced. I am feeling an undercurrent of joy within just buzzing away under everything else. It never leaves me. So, I asked Shakti to keep me in her embrace and continously offered my love and devotion and asked her to keep my kundalini safe and flowing. I had just had a mental discussion with her on the train when a strange incident happened. A man got onto the train and sat down opposite with me , he had a beautiful dog, which he sat on a chair. He looked right at me, I felt I should speak with this man so I started a conversation about his dog. I was feeling so full of love for him, but he was drunk and looking for another can of beer in his bag. It became apparent that this man was a little bit " different " in his mind patterns. He told me his dogs name was Lola, which meant " Lots of love always " . He threw water over his dogs head to cool it down but also poured it over a young black man sitting next to the dog, he got upset and an arguement escalated to a threat of a knife being pulled out (the man with the dog threatened the black guy, whilst making racsist remarks). I felt at peace throughout and didnt judge the man with the dog but continued to calmly talk to him to quieten him down. He was nothing but lovely to me, and then he noticed I was with my husband Hakim (who has dreadlocks). Not wanting to insult my husband he shook his hand. (Hakim didn't want to shake it at first but he was part of the process too). So, Hakim shook his hand and whispered to the man to apologies to the young guy and to be nice. The man walked over to the guy and shook his hand and apologised profusely. The guy looked shocked but accepted it as he was afraid. See, the man said to everyone in earshot, treat someone with love and they'll love you back and smiled at me. He then showed us that he was wearing a bra, very proudly. I told him I hoped his wife liked it and winked at him. He laughed. When we left the train we felt as though we had been tested. And passed. I guess my state of detatchment and love was being tested. Bizarre but interesting at the same time. Love to all, Elektra x x x To help you stay safe and secure online, we've developed the all new Security Centre. Guest guest
What an incredible story, and you did a great job not judging him or others. Congrads. That is a tough test to pass! Lisa
