Please initiate a recapitulation of past hurts and forgive them realizing the nature of your involvement as the recipient or the initiator. Emotional balance as best as can be continuously achieved is very important. I know you have a sense of this as well but I am constrained to offer reminders of this. Please practice the five Tibetans twice daily with an alternate nostril compression prayer/meditation after each completed five Tibetan protocol. The reason for this is in bringing the Kundalini into a balanced state flowing equally through the spine and the adjacent conduits ie Ida and Pingalla, in a balanced format. Any extenuating emotional condition that is of a blocking nature will of course impede the flow. Please include present day emotional issues into the practice.
