Guest guest
Yes here they are it is similar to some forms of Chi-Gung - Chakra Breathing Place your attention and your awareness at the level of the chakra you wish to breathe into. 5th chakra on down respond best with this technique as the 6th and 7th can give you a headache. As you place your attention on the chakra, breathe through your nose and feel the air as it enters your lungs in the back of your throat. Feel the air and its cool passage from your nose to your lungs. Now transfer the sensation from your nose and sinus membranes to the area of the chakra with every inhalation and exhalation. As you do this you will feel the passage of air in your sinus areas and an energetic flow in the chakra or area on the body. It can help to touch the area and get a tactile location for the focus. You are breathing Prana into the chakras. Prana Bursting. It is typically best to start with the first chakra then proceed to the next one in a bottom to top fashion. If you’re Kidneys begin to feel hot or are expanding or sore stop immediately and go drink some water or eat some watermelon. Let me know if this occurs. Do not do this technique if you are feeling pain or other symptoms of chakra activation. Extreme desire for sex as associated with second chakra activation or extreme and constant emotional outbreaks (different from Bliss) as associated with fourth chakra activation and so on can also occur - blessings Stephanie - chrism
