Guest guest
**** Be in the process of emotional balancing before doing this technique. It is strong and will produce results. Be careful. Have fun. **** This is an ancient Asian technique for the stimulation of the Kundalini. Called the " Greater Kan and Li " in China, or the " Loong " in Tibet, the Asian practices recognize five energy centers. These energy centers correspond to five elements namely earth, water, fire, air, ether. In that order they proceed up the spine. The Sixth and the Seventh centers are not recognized the same way the Hindu structures are used and they are refereed to as aspects of the void. This is not to say that they are not revered or recognized as important but they are a product of the initiation and for the sake of initiating the flow with the Chi Gung I will not go into it here. Sit at the edge of a an upright straight backed chair or stand with your feet at shoulders length apart. Spine straight and your fingers in the fore finger tip to thumb tip position, breath into the first chakra area. Very similar to chakra breathing, see the brilliant red energy pulsating at the base of your spine and as you visualize see it begin to glow a brilliant crimson color. Breathing through the nose, begin to feel the sensation of the back of the throat and the tip of the tailbone start to resonate together in the tactile feeling of heat. This is like blowing on an ember. Every breath is the brightening of the ember at the base of your spine. Do this with each chakra point changing the finger tip positions as you go up the spine. Like this: First chakra = forefinger tip to thumb tip Second chakra = Middle finger tip to thumb tip Third chakra = Ring finger tip to thumb tip Fourth chakra = little finger tip to thumb tip Fifth chakra = All fingers of both hands touching the Thumb tip at the same time but spreading around it as an upside down U shape, but all contacting the thumb tip. At first spend at least five minutes per chakra. Be prepared and in the process of doing your emotional clearing and balancing. This is an extremely effective technique and it will produce results. The Asians know what they are doing and have plenty of success with the Kundalini look at the Tibetans for example. - blessings to you all - chrism

Guest guest
Hi Chrism, Thanks for all the new info, will get stuck into it asap. I'm sure these kind of excercises are just what I need to help me balance out my body. Surely movement and meditation is my greatest medicine, I'm realising this more and more. The energy I feel after the tibetans is incredible, but I haven't had the time lately to get more into it. When I go back to China it'll be just me and a spacious flat and lots of time... I'm sure that this will be the " cure " that I am searching for. I have noticed about myself that I go so far with being self sufficient and then I have a little freak out moment and need reassurance again, like a baby. Then it passes and I feel better again. It's funny, children growing up, they do the same thing. As we grow we have to fight the desire to return to the energy we just left behind and stay in the new frequency. We seek comfort. Orange glow, here I come Love and thanks, Elektra x x x Messenger NEW - crystal clear PC to PC calling worldwide with voicemail
