Guest guest Posted July 28, 2006 Report Share Posted July 28, 2006 For those of you who have difficulty with the five Tibetans this practice will serve as a substitute and an effective one This can be done on a plane or anywhere you wish sitting or standing and when done in addition to the five Tibetans, well, put your seat belts on. Remember to be in process emotionally and actively embracing forgiveness, gratitude, selfless service, and love.
