Guest guest
If you are able to notice any other phenomena associated with full body vibrations ie scents of roses or incense, a feeling of the spine wanting to arch, thumb tip and fore finger tips coming together automatically, lights or visions, this could be indications of Kundalini development. Even without these classic symptoms you may want to consider the this as a possibility -

Thanks, Lisa! Yes, we do get a big analytical at times! I think it is hard-wired into our brains. I'm not sure if we can be cured. Actually, I read that book 3 or 4 years ago. I believe it is still in storage, and I will get it out when the house is built. But, point well taken and you are absolutely correct. Focussing on the " now " is the only real place to be! Thanks for the much-needed reminder! Deb
Guest guest
Hi Chris, I have sometimes noticed the body arching when I get the vibes - not this time though, at least not that I can remember. Roaring or static and light displays are sometimes present but not always. Tongue is normally in the roof of the mouth and breathing is through the mouth and very shallow. In fact there is something of a desire to stop breathing altogether, probably because the higher body doesn't need it. Finger tips and scents I have not noticed but I'll try to remember to look out for them. These thing can come months apart though. Guest guest
Hey Mike, Stopping breathing was a really important part of my experiences of rapid growth 6 years ago... I should have mentioned. I found that when I was in samadhi, because i was completely absorbed in the moment, every part of my mind, I was not afraid of death, and so I allowed myself to stop breathing. Its just a fear barrier I guess we are conditioned to think we have to breathe or we die, but we can trust ourselves to let go, " God " wont let the body die if not time. Breath attaches us to time. TO truly let go... just be here now. By the way the posts about Theresa have stirred up my hatred for the witchdoctors of psychiatry... I offer them my forgiveness and love. I am only half way through and it is a wonderful read. I know it will help with the K development.
