Surges

Dear Chris and Group,

 

I have had some sort of experiences the past week or so.

During meditations I have experienced some kind of *surges* starting

from my base up the spine. One of them expanded my tailbone and

sacrum ,climbed up my spine and shoot out of my forehead as a

beautiful purple ligh before my eyes.It was beautiful.

I mean it is not new to me,it has happened before too. These *surges*

are very short, lasts for seconds and normally straighten my back and

I become extremely alert during it.

It feels like *electricity* passing through my spine cord...very

interesting

I though to share this.
