Guest guest
Some of these affirmations on the intake of the breath, again at the top of the breath and again at the exhalation - " I am at one with the all that I am " " I am still and I am at one " " I am one with God " " I am that I am " Make up your own if none of these work. At first to still the body begin the meditation by use of the breath and your intention. As the breath helps to focus the mind inward and the body is in relaxation, keep the eyes looking up and toward the bridge of the nose keep the tongue up, for you James in Kachari mudra, for others not. Bring the lotus or the full blooming rose to the top of the head and merge your mind and senses with it. Or go into the stillness and just be. - blessings- chrism
