Kundalini is Chrism's expertise: I too am a novice --but ---I have been given such great gifts from the initiation that I wish to shout from the rooftops! ...and I'm usually a reserved guy! the group is ..... I am forwarding this to my dear teacher Chrism! The caves of Tibet would be good..I had an interesting but incomplete experience the last time! We could use the help of these special lamas!
