couldnt sleep

Since i arrived in china again i've had a high energy.

Tried to sleep tonight, but couldn't.

Fell asleep for 5 minutes and awoke as i dreamt of a

lightning bolt coming from the heaven to the earth,

fork lightning, as it flashed in my head i woke up,

full of energy.

I waited for the sunrise and did my 5 tibetans, i'm so

hot now, phew.

it's nearly 7 in the morning now, i'll try to sleep

but feel super awake.

Hello Elektra,

Your progress may seem gradual but your are definatley

on track. the trip to your birthland I feel was very helpful and released some

blockages. Please keep to the practice, if you cannot sleep then meditate or

pray, or some other part of your practice thatcalls you. The lightning was,

imho, the Kundalini that is beginning to build in you the earth. - blessings
