Guest guest
Hi Lisa, All of the advise from the others sounds great. I have had these kinds of things happen as well, and it makes me ask how has your diet been lately? I've found that the best remedy to this situation is to include green vegetables with your meals. If you do this, I feel that the cracks at the corner of your mouth will heal. I think this all stems from a vitamin deficiency. The vegetables have always worked for me. Guest guest
Thanks Ray. Come to think of it, I started drinking green juice over a month ago, it is packed with green nutrients and vitamins and enzymes. I try to get as much veggies in everday, but sometimes I don't get enough. Today, for example, I had about 3 cups of steamed veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots). I will add more broccoli to my diet though. I only had a banana for a fruit today. Need to go grocery shopping Thanks for the advice ---- raazor wrote: > Hi Lisa, > All of the advise from the others sounds great. > I have had these kinds of things happen as well, and it makes me ask how has your diet been lately? > I've found that the best remedy to this situation is to include green vegetables with your meals.
