AM EM IM OM YOU.

 

AM=I am that I am, The first step of self awareness

Em= empathy I am that. The realization not the only one that exists

IM= I am, sharing existence with others who are alike

OM= I, god. Awareness of god within

You= Christ consciousness awareness the knowledge that others have god

awareness within them also and work with one another towards harmony
