An Interesting Night

Hello All,

Thought I'd pass along a bit of an experience I had last night.

After doing the practice, I sat for a bit and meditated/thought

deeply, then went to bed about 9:30.

As has become a usual thing, my body was tingling from my toes to

the top of my head. I tried some exercises to move it around to

different parts of my body, ending at my crown. I seemed to be able

to feel a bit more at the base of my spine, and visualized the

Kundalini uncoiling.

I finally went to sleep when I awoke around 11:30, after feeling

like I'd been sleeping all night, very restless.

My body was tingling so much you could almost say it was vibrating.

Not like the OBE vibration - not that intense, but VERY strong. It

was all over. I could also feel it a bit more strongly at the base

of my spine than anywhere else.

Well, I got up for a little while, and when closing my eyes, noticed

very colorful images rapidly changing and cycling through.

After a while, I went back to bed and managed to get back to sleep.

I still felt it this morning, not as strong though (I usually feel

tingling all through my body anyway), but it was stronger than

usual. I even felt a little light-headed a few times this morning

w/ the strong tingles until I started to get busy w/ work.

I hope this is progress. It certainly was unusual, and prompted me

to write this.

Thanks for listening. Comments are most welcome.

I usually get these sensations. I always thought it was my body telling me it

was tired as hell, or my muscles just getting its last wind from a long day. It

isn't disturbing or uncomfortable, just definately noticable. As I am sitting at

this work computer, I felt this vibration starting. Moments ago, I actually got

strong 'tingle' sensations in both my rear cheeks :) LOL

I don't think I've ever felt that sensation before..hmmm.

I would love the idea that it is K related.

Hi Ray,

Sounds like you are coming along nicely there,

the 8th August was a powerful energy day,

visualizations were amplified I think, so, the

uncoiling of the snake visualization probably had

maximum impact, good for you, and the moon was so

lovely last night.

Sounds like you should start getting used to that

feeling, its just the beginning :)

Thanks for sharing ,

much love and blessings Elektra x x x

Ray - I just wanted to say that I have been having similar experiences to

yours. A couple of times, while falling asleep, I felt a whole-body

tingling/vibrating thing going on as I drifted off to sleep and sometimes woke

up with

it. This was when I knew something was definitely happening that has never

happened before.

What I am doing is I am turning it on again / off again, depending on

my mood. When I am feeling good and strong and calm - I turn it on. I do

this by prayer, breathing, 5 Tibetans, meditation CD's, books on the subject,

etc. I really " get into it, " and things like this start happening. But

whenever I am stressed, too tired, feeling too anxious, or the past couple of

days,

came down with a cold - that is when I turn it off. I do this by just going

to sleep without expecting anything, or just having regular time with the

family, etc.

The reason I do it this way is because I want to be in the best frame

of mind as possible when I consciously " invite " an experience to happen, so

that I will attract a good experience, first of all, and also so that I will be

calm and relaxed enough to handle whatever happens, without fear. This may

not be the best way to do it, but it is what works for me. Although, I try

to do the 5 Tibetans and prayer every day. But I try to let go of my

resistance to those days when I just cannot make it work, and just accept that

some

days are just like that.

So, in other words, if life seems to " get in the way " or distract me, I

just tell myself, " Not today. " But I always have the attitude that I will

look forward to the opportunity when things " fall into place " and I take

advantage of those days. This, I believe, increases my chances of having a

positive experience. So far, so good.

Today, I go back to the eye doctor and they will dilate my eyes. So,

I'm not sure if I will be able to read for the rest of the day. But, who

knows, maybe it will allow for some good meditation time!

Hello Deb,

I compliment you on your intentions and your actions supporting

those intentions. I would like to add that as your practice continues there may

come periods where the off button doesn't work as well as now. This is only

because the energy, if it follows a typical activation, will need to run for

longer periods. Some of the issues a person tries to distance themselves from

may also appear at this time. So will the joyous though, so balance will be

there. Kundalini, has her own agenda with a person and she will come when she

feels the person is ready, whether or not the " personality " feels the time is

right. - blessings Deb - chrism

Ray & Deb, I have had this "I felt a whole-body tingling/vibrating thing going on as I drifted off to sleep and sometimes woke up with it" every day and night for at least the past year maybe longer. This morning I should have woke up to get ready for work at 2am. I was to tired and reset the alarm for 3am. Today was the first time I could fell my energy in my body building for the golden hour. This was without meditation. I was just laying in bed not wanting to get up. This was a wonderful new event for me. In the past the

heat and kryas would wake me. I will try to wake before the golden hour again. B Deb111222 wrote:Ray - I just wanted to say that I have been having similar experiences to yours. Ray, When you had the light headedness did you have the feeling of what I call the "there but not there" feeling? You know your body is here on earth but your mind is on another plane.
