Thank you for the diagnosis.

I started last night while laying down to do deep breathing and expand my chest,

then let it roll to my stomach, and repeat.

I don't know if this will help, but it seemed like the right thing to do at the

time.

Is there a better way that you can suggest to relax my chest muscles?

Selena's methods are always excellent,

In addition to them

I would suggest arms straight behind back clasping hands and stretching them up.

Arching the back, and feeling the rib cage pull apart slightly. I'm sure you are

familiar with this stretch. Its a common one. - blessings Ray - chrism
