Guest guest
Hello! I had a bizarre dream/occurance this morning. I have worn a custom-designed mouthguard on my upper teeth for years, to help keep my teeth apart and align my jaw so that my muscles can relax at night, so that the TMJ I've had isn't as severe during the waking hours. So, once I began to be more conscious of my tongue behind my upper teeth, I wondered about night time with the " blockage " of the guard, and my tongue not being able to touch flesh, even though it was still close to the right position. I have wondered this every night for the last two weeks. This morning, as I was sleeping and dreaming, I was aware that my mouth was a topic of great interest, and then I could FEEL the nightguard being taken (or ripped!) out of my mouth, it seemed by several " helpers " . It was relatively rough, and the helpers seemed very happy they had removed it and it made me wake up. The guard was still in, but I decided to take it out and sleep for a couple more hours without it, with my tongue placed where it should be. I slept solidly, that I'm aware of, with no conscious activity. I have felt pretty good the last couple of weeks, been sleeping better, better outlook, etc. I have increased my repetitions of the Tibetans to 11 each (I spin the full 21 times). Chris, your suggestion was to do the 5 Tibetans twice daily. I am still working on building up to 21 reps once daily. Is my ultimate goal to do 21 reps of each Tibetan two times per day? Today's the first day since I've begun these exercises that I've awakened feeling a little dreary and unmotivated. I do feel much better now having done the exercises. Yesterday my left foot buzzed and buzzed and buzzed. My temples on & off too. Anyhow! I look forward to meeting and working with my triad, when assigned. I am leaving on Saturday to drive to Washington state to take my son to college. I will think of Sam and the Horse Whisperer as we drive up through Wyoming and across Montana. I will return home later next week. I plan to continue the Tibetans and compresson breathing, prayers and all of it. My son already knows to expect some strange things from me, as does my mother, who will likely being doing it all right along beside me! I send much light and prayers to all in the group! Blessings, Stephanie
Guest guest
Wow Stephanie, what an interesting experience, it's amazing really what can happen in the night during dreamstate. I'm always fascinated by the dreams people have on this list and in life generally, but when you feel physical sensations it takes it to a whole other level. Hope your journey is filled with light, I love Wyoming and montana, the grand tetons is amazing, the energy there, wow. lots of love Elektra x x x _________ To help you stay safe and secure online, we've developed the all new Security Centre. http://uk.security.
