Guest guest
Thanks, Chris, for your list of yogas. I'd like to add one more: Jnana Yoga, or the Yoga of Knowledge. Jnana Yoga is traditionally based on the study of yogic philosophy and the correct exercise of one's intellectual faculties. Jnana Yoga constitutes a system of checks and balances that is extremely useful for the purpose of understanding seemingly bizarre meditation experiences and discerning between valid and not-so-valid information.
