Yes, it is the High self(ves) that would qualify

as the " personal " God.

 

The feminine at the base rising to the crown

is the vitalizing activity that will vivify and connect with the

male allowing the individual personality to begin to assume and feel

the attributes of being " at one " with the " All that Is " force that

is the High self(ves).

 

Kundalini is the energy that expands perception to the

point of being able to know and feel and merge with God. (however we

see or feel him or her or it to be)
