Hi Deb,

Thank you for your insight and sharing your experience. One difference w/ me is

that I never want to turn it off! I want it to continue, even thru the day.

Just me I guess!

I read further and saw your post about the problem with your eye. Please

elaborate. I'll help if I can.

Grace and Peace to you Deb.

Ray

Hey Ray - I got so far behind on posts, here! But I did want to

address this. I can see how this could sound confusing.

What I meant by " turn it off " was more referring to having an actual

experience of tapping into the astral realm. I have found that when I give

this my intention and attention, things start happening. I start having astral

experiences. Not necessarily classic OBE, but more like " picking up on

things. "

So what I meant by turning it on/off - I meant that when I turn on my

intention/attention and start picking up on things - I want to be in the right

frame of mind when I do it, so that I will pick up on things that I consider

to be the " higher end of the spectrum. " Sort of to make the higher

knowledge of the subconscious/astral realm conscious, rather than having the

experience of making the lower/scary aspects of the subconscious/astral

conscious.

But I do not wish to ever turn off the K " energy " that makes it so! I

hope that clears up where I was coming from.

As far as my eye problem goes - they say they found a tiny hole in the

retina that they want to laser/seal up, before it becomes a bigger problem,

like what happened to my brother. Right now, it is really no big deal. They

want to take preventative measures, that's all. And after talking to my

brother about it, I think I am ready to go along with that! But then, there

may

or may not be any further problems. Only time will tell. I staying

optimistic about my own situation and my brother's. But I have been giving a

lot of

thought to my overall " view " of the world, and how I admit that I need to

" see " the world in a more positive light. In other words, to give less

attention to destruction/tragedies that I have seen, and instead give more

attention

to the wonders/beauty that I have also seen. This has been a great lesson

learned.

Deb

PS to Barbara: Thanks for sharing your vibration experiences. It means so

much to know that we are all having these experiences together, and to have

the support of each other. It helps us all to understand these things so much

better.

Also, hail to the K! I'm with you in wanting it to be the compass and ship

that takes us to our destination. We're just the crew, along for the ride (so

to speak).

Yes we are, Ray! Your comment about the ship reminds me of a quote I

read the other day and it went something like this, " Ships stay safe in the

harbor, but that's not what they are built for. " I forget who said it, but I

thought it was great. Really made me think.
