Guest guest
Hello John, I just picked up what you said about the Forgiveness tending us toward a feeling of neutrality . . . . That struck a chord with me in that as I have begun and continued the Practice, in which the Forgivenesses is the first part of that, I started with a very long list of things to forgive. Now, I go deeper and find new things, but when I continue to revisit the original list, I feel much more at peace and am able to feel love for those people that I was forgiving and also able to feel like I am forgiving myself more fully. I have also started mentally and spiritually thinking about what transpired at the end of each day and freeing myself from attachments to those events. I mentally rub my hands together very fast to make them hot and run them up my body to rid myself of the attachments and negativity and as suggests, I throw them far away from me and watch them explode and dissolve. I do this 3 times, following the rule of the Trinity. Thank you for your post. Ray
