Hi Chrism-

 

I wonder about this spot. A while back I found I could " squeeze " this spot

internally, more

mentally than physically, and that seems to increase the excitation. However I

have the

impression that the squeezing is pushing down, but this may not be a completely

accuracte

impression.

 

I often forget this stimulus in my collection of stimuli. Some are more elusive

and are not

able to be used with consistency .

Hello Bret,

Yes many of the triggers are elusive but in this case when

a " rush " comes up the spine sometimes one can feel that hammer start modulating in

many cases almost as fast as a woodpecker. Good to read you Bret - blessings -
