Thanks for the welcome. I have read through your site kundalini

awakening seminars, and read through many of the posts here. Its

nice to see the sharing of information and the help available.

 

I saw that there were many recommended rules to follow. Ones that

had to be followed.

 

They resonate, even the diet and movment rules. Since joining the

Navy I've been moving and excersising more, and drinking lots and

lots of water.

 

I'm familiar with the Micro Cosmic Orbit and many of the asanas I

have seen posted here.

 

Bandhas too, Mulabandha being the one I've used most often.

 

I have even read much of the material I've found available with

breathing through differing nostriols before.

 

I'm confident that I could stay on track with the guidelines for

kundalini awakening, and would love to recieve shaktipat!
