Guest guest
Hello Stephan (is this your name?), Welcome to the list. This is a good and safe place for a beginner. As you wait for Chris to reply, you may want to start reading the archives, paying particular attention to his messages on the " safeties. " If I may ask you, what do you mean by " getting carried away " during a Sat Kryia? Would you feel comfortable sharing your experience? Guest guest
Thank you for the responses. By carried away I mean feeling what I beleive is my aura around my hands yesterday morning at dawn. Similar to a Tai Chi experience. I have read about " Kundalini sickness " and I wnated to voer my bases. I also have been going thourgh some heavy dreams, heavy sleep, they've changed. Sensations on the body. I also had one more question about the safeties. Should I continue Sat Kriya in addition to all the safeties? I stopped because I didn't want to overdue it. Though I have been reading online the only meditation I was ever really taught was a visualization meditation breathing 4 parts in the nose and 8 out. This was years ago in high school. It centered me but I haven't done it since. I think I resisted it. It was a sitting meditation. Should I do that I'm pretty sure I remember all of it? Thank you again the posts are resonating so far. , " selena230 " <selena230 wrote: > > Hello Stephan (is this your name?), > > Welcome to the list. This is a good and safe place for a beginner. Guest guest
Hello Stephanjustin, So lets be clear. This something that you want and are willing to dedicate yourself to. Yes? There is no off switch. Once the process is initiated it will come and never go away. I say this not to scare you but to encourage you to go inside and be very certain about coming into balance with your emotions as they will be the first of your body's, outside the physical body to have a direct effect upon your perception of reality. Really begin to bring a forgiving attitude into your life and a willingness to give service to others by virtue of what occurs with these gifts. It (the kundalini) must be moved or it can become a destabilizing force with in you. This would be a reference to the K syndrome. So write back please and let me know how you feel. If you wish to continue then yes, keep doing the Sat Kriyas-
