I am not sure I know what that means, but I suspect it has to do with focusing on the upper chakras... Is that right? Lately I have been working on receiving Grace from " above, " and radiating it as Compassion through the Anahata. Of all the stuff I have been trying lately, this seems to be what suits me the best at this stage. Have been a bit lost for a while, though. (Is the dark night impending? I am still wondering if I'll end up roaming cremation grounds and chewing on human bones for a while... LOL!)
