Is that Osho's meditation Chris?

A couple more matters...

Firstly, someone on this board mentioned meditation under a tree as

the most effective. I have had the same experience, my best

meditation since joining this group has been under a tree.

Also Bret, I checked out your spontaneous movement, and I wondered

if you had heard of the work of Dr. Shen Hongxun (www.buqi.net),

particularly his taijiwuxigong, which is a means of inducing and

refining this movement so that it beneficially affects the human

energy system. You might want to check it out. He adds a safety of

opening the hands and feet and massaging them, and shaking through

the limbs after practice to allow stagnant energy to escape.

Yes, James it is similar to Oshos meditation but with other elements put into it. Like the ekankar and the ecstatic dance. About twenty minutes from where I am are the tallest Redwoods in the world. Some of them have burnt out centers, but are alive and well. A person can literally sit and meditate inside the tree which is about 400 ft tall. It is wonderful! If anyone comes to Ca. Come here and do that -
