hi Chris,

My practice is very flexible and of course open to change as I try new things.

I begin my day very early during the week(3:30) so I have time before work and privacy for my practice and meditation.

I usually do 11 or so minutes of microcosmic orbit/ small universe breathing (circular) to the chant RaMaDaSa, SaSaySoHung. I then do about 30 minutes of Spring Forest Qigong exercises. After breakfast and my husband leaves for work, I sit down to meditate for about 30 minutes. During this time, I do self-reiki healing, prayers, protection and healing for family members, friends and the earth and also send specific long-distance healing for those in need.

I also do a standing invocation by candlelight to the ascended masters, archangels and personal guides for strength, protection and guidance. I also do some of the peaceweaver practices from Laurelle Shanti Gaia. I then do 3 rounds of Sun Salutations and rock my spine 12 times, all while chanting. All this is time permitting, some mornings I seem to have more time than others. I also chant on the way to work.

At work, I have surrounded my workspace with positive sayings, chants and pictures of nature, and lots of angels. I try to walk in outside everyday, sending blessings and gratitude to the earth and sky. I usually see angels in the clouds and the hawks usuallly come and circle overhead.

I have also angels and crystals, etc in almost every room in my home, and I only listen to soft, peaceful music, and rarely watch TV.

In the evenings, I sometimes walk and try to do yoga as many nights as I can. I do traditional yoga with some kundalini yoga mixed in. I have a wonderful chanting CD and a book called "Meditation as Medicine" which is all kundalini yoga, meditations and chanting that I do occasionally. I do not have much privacy in the evening, so I can't chant that often. I will sometimes meditate again in the evening but usually fall asleep:) I read as much as I can in the evening too, always spiritual books.

I do not eat meat or use alcohol and limit my caffeine and junk food intake. I am currently using the watercure, drinking approx. half my body weight, water with sea salt, lemon and stevia.

I have done the 5 Tibetans in the past so I know how to do them. I used to have the original book, but lent it out and never got it back. I have an issue of Yoga Journal that has the 5 exercises in it though. I can rearrange my morning schedule to fit these in and also do them at night.

I have also worked with the Course in Miracles, the Self-Realization lessons.(1st level) and the teachings of Abraham. I have done the forgiveness work from my childhood to the present. Even some from past lives.:) As things still come up from time to time, I forgive and release. Forgiving myself and releasing guilt has always been the hardest for me, as my family sometimes likes to remind me of my shortcomings.:) I am getting much better at it tho. I also try to stay in an attitude of gratitude as much as I can and practicing the "presence of God"

I also have a circle of good friends and we try to meet every week when possible and we discuss spirituality and metaphysics and sometimes practice reiki and other kinds of healing.

This is all I can think of for now, I'm sure there are things I have forgotten to mention.

blessings and love, Robin

Ouch! You have so much! I would ask you to remove some of your practices. Please indicate what you are willing to temporarily set aside. After that we can bring this Kundalini Practice into sharper focus for you. - blessings Robin - chrismRobin Shelp <rshelp wrote: hi Chris, My practice is very flexible and of course open to change as I try new things. Oh, it is really not very much, just habit/ritual. there is never enough time for all I'd like to do with working full-time and household/family responsibilities.

I can put aside my invocations and morning yoga, this only takes about 10 minutes tho. I can substitute the 5 tibetans for the morning and evening yoga(did that tonight) I could also set aside the qigong in the morning for a while.

I am open to suggestion too.

blessings, Robin

Hello Robin I congratulate you on your dedication. Please excuse if I step accidentally on any sacred issues or practices. I would like you to discontinue all but the Tibetans the meditations the yoga in order to begin preparations for the infusion. This may take a few months on your part is this OK with you?-
