Kriya length

I had an experience with a Kriya that just wouldn't end. My legs where starting to hurt alot. I eventually had to stop. Ideally should we let it run its course even if it seems to want to go on hours? What's the longest you know of a Kriya lasting?

Yes Alex a very good experience to relate please dont stow anything. there are variations in everyones experience with certain commonalities aswell. Tjhere are different parts to the path all equally important, all with a unique signature of experience. This is not typically a subtle experience although parts and aspects of it can be. Peaks and valleys do occur. Sometimes it makes you feel like you have lost it as the phenomena decreases so abruptly and sometimes there is so much you wish it would just stop. Well lets see, The guiness book of sustained kriyas says - "As long as it takes". Yes you may get sore and yes it may go on for a time, this is why I suggest that you do some stretches and get some exercise. Makes things go a bit smoother. Keep your tongue up. I think Theresa's Kriyas last pretty long, keep her in your heart and send some love to her SJustin. Begin your service even from a distance as this will also bring the sustained bliss and joy.
