Hi Chrism, Thanks for your inquiry. It looks as though my email

account was bouncing on my birthday, last Sunday, and no

messages have come through since, so I haven't been reading and

keeping up to speed.... howEVER, my life has been going full speed.

I sent an email with a big description, but that was before I

realized that my email had bounced. So, if you get both of these I

apologize, however I don't have time to re-write the whole thing, so

I will list a gist of what has been going on:

 

Continuing the practices daily

 

Connecting with my triad as it occurs to me and sending healing

energy to Theresa as suggested.

 

Buzzing buzzing and buzzing, especially 1st and 2nd chakra,

sometimes all, my feet, sometimes my hands. Still very warm. The

compression breathing does help this.

 

Last Saturday I reconnected with a good friend from high school (21

years since we'd seen each other) and it was pure connection and

completion and there is no doubt in my mind that he is the one- lots

to tell about that and all of the synchroniciites and completion...

(and that was my other email I'd sent but probably didn't come

through.)

 

Jump in increase in clairaudient messages and direct connection with

this " new " " old " person in my life, even though he lives 65 miles

away.

 

Surreal intense movie-like day on Wednesday, involving the building

I work in and dark entities and deeper connection with my coworkers -

another long story, which I'm still trying to describe in a linear

fashion.

 

The whole week has felt surreal, as though I'm existing a bit on a

different plane, but am aware of the 3rd dimension and functioning

ok there.

 

I am doing well, and things are accelerating. Hold On Tight or Let

Go? Hahahaha

slowly... a lot adds up in a week.
