Sam,

great to hear from you again, I read almost all the group messages, although I don't always write or have something to say, I just shut up and learn :)

I am doing fine in my quest for the K :), I guess, slow but evident.

as for my freinds and countrymen I sense intense energy going round for the few past years, mostly negative energy, everything is becoming a bit more and more dramatic, and - along with the now common depression - there is a common state of being numb, a state of discord and confusion, especially among intellectuals from the middle class, or maybe it is just me :) .... at the same time more and more people are introduced to the philosophies of yoga and to accepting varied points of view when it comes to spirituality.

Sam, your prayers are most precious, I am not exaggerating but feel I am in a turning point in my life since I joined this group, and with your support and the support of other selfless group members, I feel loving kindness and I feel what it is like to have a spine again :)

Om Shanti

Omar

Hello Again Elektra,

I hit the web and found the following link. I also tried to enter Medicine

Trance and also Frank Natale's name into Pandora but got no hits. Oh well . . .

..

Anyway, for your reference, this link takes you to the source of your Trance CD.

Grace and Peace to you Elektra,

Ray
