Guest guest
" ...First let me say that FEAR is False Evidence Appearing Real. Yes, you read that correctly—FEAR is based upon our conception of what MIGHT happen and is a complete and total waste of time. What MIGHT happen according to your FEAR just as easily MIGHT happen another way entirely or not happen at all. More importantly, your THOUGHTS ARE ENERGY and when you worry and indulge in fear you are calling to you exactly what you are worried about and/or afraid of. ... " Thought to share this as well ) Light and Love A. P.S. I just sent you the healing , Anastasia Allan <hosebunny815 wrote: > > Never saw Pirates of the Carribean, believe it or not! Guest guest
Not obvious in a way that should be an issue for you. You will have more changes in your self image and self esteem as you begin to unlock some of the old longstanding programming that has been collected over time (we all have and had this) this is part of the process and as you do the practice and release these feelings and experiences they may float to the top of your consciousness and intermingle with other aspects of your consciousness giving you validation that you are indeed moving forward. The bad dreams and nightmares are indicative of the death of an old way of thinking and behaving. A discarding of the "old" in you and a welcoming of the "new". Some of this from a waking consciousness may feel ugly and some of it is ugly as these scenarios are released. Go with it and allow it to go don't hang on to any of it even if it is tied to your belief systems let it purge itself from your consciousness. - blessings Ana - chrism
