Guest guest
Hey, RAY! I'm glad you survived! I Love the Tibetan's! I think they are very much responsible for my arthritic knee (the one the doctor insisted that I need to have butchered...er...replaced) to become H-E-A-L-E-D!!! Also, My wife loves the " new attitude " I developed since I started doing these rites on 6-11-06! From " grumpy " to " cool " in about 6 weeks or so! The first rite has given me BALANCE that I haven't gotten from over 34 years worth of steady martial arts practice! HINT FOR RITE ONE: No matter how many spins you do...on completion...rather than focusing on the " spinning world around you " --immediately focus on your two index fingers touching together about a foot or so in font of your nose (and focus on nothing else). Everything stops spinning then! ALSO: I have practiced with 'Om " sounds after the spin. After you quit focusing on your fingers and look further away, try a loud OOOOmmmmmm. Start low and MMMMmmmm until you don't feel dizzy (find the right pitch for you). Very cool how this works! Great success and many Blessings to you Brother Ray! :) Bro' Stephen - raazor1 Monday, August 28, 2006 7:56 PM Did I overdo it yesterday? Group, Well, yesterday morning I did a 70-minute Kundalini Yoga practice by a DVD I got from Netflix. What a workout! Fun though. Then last night I did our Practice, complete with 21 reps of all of the 5 Tibetans, the compression breathing, AND the Circulation of Light AND the Bandha Locks (all three). When I was finished, I felt a bit of a tightness in the temple area of my head (not uncomfortable though). My spine was buzzing a bit more than usual when I laid down to sleep. This morning, I woke up w/ a headache that wouldn't leave till I took some Advil, I'm sore (to be expected), and now, at the end of the day, I have a low grade headache. Just overexertion? Oh well, no substitute for exhuberance eh? Well, off to do the Practice! I'm going to hold off on the Kundalini Yoga till tomorrow AM. Love to all, Ray
Guest guest
Hi Stephen, Yes, I agree, the Tibetans ROCK! Thanks for the hints for Rite 1. I will use them. Typically I lie flat on my back put my arms over my head and stretttch. It feels so good. I'm really glad your knee is doing better. I've also noticed a difference in my attitude. Remembering Inner Joy works wonders for me when I start to get bugged. Thanks again for sharing your techniques. Grace and Peace to you brother Stephen, Ray , " stephen condrey " <stephencondrey wrote: > > Hey, RAY! > I'm glad you survived! > I Love the Tibetan's! > I think they are very much responsible for my arthritic knee (the one the doctor insisted that I need to have butchered...er...replaced) to become H-E-A-L-E-D!!! > Also, > My wife loves the " new attitude " I developed since I started doing these rites on 6-11-06! > From " grumpy " to " cool " in about 6 weeks or so! > > The first rite has given me BALANCE that I haven't gotten from over 34 years worth of steady martial arts practice! > HINT FOR RITE ONE: > No matter how many spins you do...on completion...rather than focusing on the " spinning world around you " --immediately focus on your two index fingers touching together about a foot or so in font of your nose (and focus on nothing else).
