Guest guest
I'm reading that you need to not be propped up when meditating or doing the compression breathing then? Currently, I prop up in the corner of my couch. Should I sit on the floor, with back straight during this? Thanks, Ray
Guest guest
Hello Ray, No it isn't required to be propped up. If this position works for you though, it isn't forbidden either. If sitting on the floor is a position that is comfortable and yes spine straight then please do this but tailor it to your needs. You are moving well Ray, keep up your enthusiasm and your self discipline. When you can please go into the desert or a place that is wild. When you get there with a rock and a string (ten feet) draw in the soil a circle around where you stand. Make it complete. Meditate there and connect your spinal base to the earth and you may feel a flowering up into your body don't control it just allow it. Once. -
