Lisa if it works for you please focus on the heart chakra. Do the breathing

there a bit longer than in the other centers. Bring your spins up to thirty and

your reps as well. Alternate nostril breathe right after the Tibetans and then

do the bandhas, then your meditation. If this is too much then back off to your

previous rates- T up F up E up -
