Guest guest
Hello Everyone, I wanted to share a new experience that I had and get your opinion of it. On Friday my family and I were leaving out of town to go on a trip to a family reunion in Tenn. We are in Satellite Beach Florida and had just arrived in Orlando, FL. I had been sleeping for about an hour! About 10 minutes after I awoke, I suddenly became very dizzy, light headed, and nauseated followed by tremendous pressure in my forehead right around the area of the third-eye. It wasn't pressure from the inside, it seemed like more of a pressure coming from the outside, almost as if something was being pressed inward! The pressure was uncomfortable and seemed to be causing the other symptoms. A few minutes later, it all started to subside except for the pressure, but it was almost like something was there, a foreign object right dead center of my forehead. The dizziness, lightheadedness, and nausea continued off and on and eventually subsided, the feel of something present in the center of my forehead still exists. The funny thing is that I felt and feel different, lighter, calmer, very serene. My ability to meditate and focus on the area is much easier. My eyes don't want to jump around when I try to do the " tongue-up " and finger stance, while focusing on the third eye. If you have any opinions, please share them with me! What a Great feeling, a feeling of heighteness! Love and Peace, Katherine

Guest guest
Hey Katherine... Yes the 3rd eye does feel like its drawing inwards doesnt it? I think that the chakras have either drawing in or pushing out qualities. I feel that muladhara (perenieum) is also very receptive, pulling energy up from the ground, but have felt both of them push out sometimes, perhaps when too much energy in that chakra. Then when I think of my heart chakra, I think it is predominantly radiating rather than receptive, and that it mostly gives energy outward. Guest guest
Hey James, I am slowly but surely becoming aware of my body and I tried to make all efforts to listen...sometimes it is hard though! I guess because we have not listened so long, it is hard to reattune ourselves to take notice to the glorious things it wants to tell us. I am now learning the importance...I long for the growth. I am so excited! Unlike you I have only had a few visible incidences occur. I know with time and with listening, they will grow. Thanks for your insight. Love Peace, Katherine James <milliondegrees wrote: Hey Katherine... Yes the 3rd eye does feel like its drawing inwards doesnt it? Guest guest
Yes, we are so attentive to the constructed mind, the intellect, planning behaviour, reflection, whatever it is, that real immersion in body consciousness can feel like an altered state of consciousness! I think tune into the body, find a way of inducing an ecstatic emotion by feeling love, sexual arousal, thinking of joy or happiness, then just feel the vibrations and see what they do. I feel that vibration is the key to everything. Yes! You will grow! Do it slowly... Grass grows fast, a tree grows slowly... The latter has the greater strength and longevity. I'm still a kid playing with matches mind u...
