Guest guest Posted September 7, 2006 Report Share Posted September 7, 2006 Dear Chris, I am now sensing a blockage in my solar plexus chakra when I engage in the 5 Tibetans and in meditation. At first I didn't realize waht it was, but now I know that it has to be a blockage in that chakra! My question to you is what do I do about it and how do I focus on that one chakra and unblock it and or heal it!
