No need to have it all immediately, progress will be made, for you Katherine, through relaxation and serenity. I don't mind slowing down, I take your advice with acceptance. I feel in my heart that you would never stear me in the wrong direction, that you wouldn't ask me to do anything that harm myself or others. I want to advance as my mind and body are ready for it and without as many symptoms and side effects as possible. I know I can cut down on the side effects as long as I follow the safeties.
