Guest guest Posted September 9, 2006 Report Share Posted September 9, 2006 Thank you, I have been doing all of the safeties but only a very little of the breathing exercises as they seem to excite things a bit too much for me at the moment. I find that if I do the 5 tibetans and then meditate on the gratitudes, forgivenesses etc. then I have some very intense and releasing experiences. And in amongst these I find that allowing myself the space for whatever the energy wants to do (mudras, postures or similar) works well for me.
