Guest guest
Hi all, My name is Eko. I've had my first kundalini awakening about more than a year ago. The process was not bad until about 2 months ago. It happened when I learnt other discipline which some say contradict with my kundalini. THe accident happened when I was grounding myself and the guy hit me with his power which cause some short-circuit to my nerves system. I went blackout and almost passed out, the sensation of your soul leaving you from your feet upto your knees. Three of my friends lifted my whole body and they're slapped my face so I will stay awake, they're all shouting to kept my eyes open or i'll die etc. All I see was black for 1-2 minutes, after that I regained my normal vision back. But my kundalini is flowing and kicking like crazy, almost as if it wanted to release itself from its roots to be free. I told the guy who hit me about it and he pulled some energy of his own and rubbed it downward from my crown cakra down to my root cakra forcefully. As soon as he did that, I threw up and emptied my stomach that followed by coldness. He gave me hot tea and began to rub my sumshuma downward again. I felt better and my kundalini movement not as crazy as before. After that I was so tired and I slept over at his guest room since I dont have much energy left in me. Next morning, I woke up feeling something moving in my front left stomach area. It's like there is some thick cold air stick on my stomach. This sensation happened for 2 weeks, which also accompanied with dreams that were not pleasant at all. One dream that I remember is that a guy came and told me that I am in critical stage where either I make it or I go crazy, especially with no supervision with my guru. After that I went to my guru, he told me that my root cakra and my sumshuma paths were all burned and also my kundalini movement moving downward instead of upward. That confused me for a week, remembering that he was never had this experience with this issue before. He did something for a few days with my in practice, he said that he cured my burned cakras n paths. And then he spent around a week to help my downward moving kundalini, it is getting better now and have better upward movement. But my power is not like before since I dont feel anymore heat surrounding my body, it is more like a thick air (like cotton) vibrating and moving along my sumshuma and through my cakras. I was referred by to this mailing list to seek help from Chrism and other members. Any opinions or suggestions will be appreciate deeply. I would like to know about my progress, is it already in the right track? What will happen to me? Or Somebody with the same problems would like to share? Thanks much. Guest guest
Hi Japo, The discipline called margaluyu. It is an ancient practice that utilize tantien to convert its energy to electrical energy. Budi is the name of margaluyu's guru. For my kundalini guru, his name is Edi. Guest guest
Hello Eko, Margaluyu is a path of peace that is also a form of non- retributional defence. Have you gone back to the person (Budi) who caused your injury for a healing of the problems he caused? Or do you feel he is not acting from a foundation of goodness? What does your Kundalini teacher (Edi) advise and why are you going outside his parameter of instruction? As you answer these questions and if you want my opinion, stop all energetic practices immediatly. Lets have a look at you. -
Guest guest
Hey, it sounds a bit full-on. Sounds like that guy gave you an overload and burnt you out. I'm with Chrism, give this a break! Although I'm not an expert, I would say this teacher acted out of order and could not have been completely in control or this would not have happened. Sometimes a title like " guru " doesn't always maketh the master... Like Chrism, he doesn't insist on formalities or being called guru, but he knows whats going down. Don't you Chris? I also practice martial arts and qigong/energy work, and I've never had an experience like this... In fact quite the opposite. Where do u live? Indonesia? Mate I hope u sort your problem, be very patient and kind to yourself. Avoid extreme emotion and situations that cause it. Guest guest
Hello James, Do I know what is going down? Apana goes down. Upflows and downflows we need them both. There is some inappropriate activity going on here and without pointing a finger I would get some distance from both of these individuals. I to have had blisters going up the spine of a person I have Shaktipat at a seminar. They were there only for a while. I made an adjustment and they were gone. The activation, being based on emotional balance and the practice, did not occur. At another seminar an individual felt the tingles immediatly at the base of their spine and became so concerned, that I was asked to remedy it. So I drained the Shaktipat. No problems. I did NOT remove the first chakra! That should never take place as the person could die. This isnt something you want to toy with. It is very real and can cause much pain and suffering in a person. Gurus.............most of the ones I know of have severe learning issues..........I do not call myself a guru for the reasons that have been shown to me from my experience with some of them. Trust, politeness, authenticity, love, action, virtue, lack of greed, helpfulness, balance, integrity, truthfulness(even when its painful) these are some of the traits I admire in a guru........and they are out there my friends. Standing next to you in the grocery line or asking for money at a freeway offramp or driving you to the airport. Our brothers and sisters in life are the best gurus............ Guest guest
Hello Eko, Do you HAVE to see and interact with these people? I do not feel anything needs to be removed except the intentions and energetic signatures left inside you from these individuals. You are not broken Eko. Perhaps it is time for you to understand this. The suicidal feelings will also accompany a Kundalini activation. As will the lack of focus and other symptoms. Pray to God for comfort when the suicidal feelings come and then go out and help someone. The helpfulness works both ways as you help so to are you helped. If you feel intense cold do not worry. If you feel intense heat do not worry. Go to the safeties and do the single nostril breathing for temperature control. Drink plenty of spring water and eat plenty of watermelon for the heat especially. At this time Eko just allow the energy to do as it wants and do not try to control it anymore. You have had a difficult activation. Keep your tongue up and do not look for a quick fix. Surrender to the blessings that will come now. Your Kundalini is flowing, like a powerful river of light, it is changing you from the inside out and sometimes it may be painful. When these times come listen to what is being given. A sound or a feeling or a thought will come and guide you. Listen to this guidance. Follow it. I will, with your permission, have a look and see what may be done from here. Nothing will be removed that belongs to you. And no locks will be placed upon you -
Guest guest
Hi Chrism, I meant " he knows whats going down " as in " he knows the way things are " or " he knows whats happening. " Thanks for the tip, I shall be careful with inappropriate kundalini use. I agree with the gurus thing, we all teach each other and ourselves! We must all be humble next to the eye of God. Oh Chris I meant to ask you can you recommend a website or book to learn about Padmasabhava? You remember we talked about him? I read somewhere that Shakyamuni Buddha predicted his coming, saying that he would be greater than he was. He must have had a lot of foresight to set up Tibetan culture... All those yogis in their society! Hundreds of them. Blessings James , chrism <> wrote: > > Hello James, > Do I know what is going down? Apana goes down. Guest guest
Eko, I had prepared a reply this morning, but delayed/deleted, anticipating that Chrism would have something for you ... his subsequent thoughts/readings basically echoed mine, although I might state them differently ... which I will, so with benefit of his lead, first .. never, ever let anyone .. .anyone ... mess with your crown chakra ... it read to me that you and these gents were at a k-play party (hmmm ... motive entertainment ... or enlightenment .. no way ... it was about energy play) ... saying let's see what what we can get up and running ... 'woo hoo' and one of these playful fellows threw a charge at you ... and it rocked you ... and then he stepped in to 'lay on hands' forcefully I think you put it ... to drive the energy back down .. colliding that which was awakened ... subsequent barf ... meantime ... his imprint was all over you ... and stuck with you for some time ... he got a 'charge' from this experience ... you were depleted ... figure it out friend ... vampirism exists in many ways ... practice Chrism's safeties ... and move past entertainment and K parties ... examine your own motivation ... because if it's about what you can get/realize for your own benefit, you're in a dead end. If your desire/aspiration is not about self-realization ... dissolution of the lesser self, to find the Higher Self ... to walk the way of the Saints ... whose pure desire is/was only and ever to be of everlasting benefit to All Sentient Beings ... well ... what are you playing with really? Stakes (and karmas) are raised immeasureably when K play, versus practice, slow and steady .. doing the work, is involved. There's no smooth and fast ride in this lifetime ... unless you've laid the tracks ... in the past grace of lifetimes dedicated to the same practice which is required here and now, starting with the 'safeties' ... and cultivation foremost always of an open and loving heart. Guest guest
Hi Alex, Thanks for your advises. So many replies from all different members, what can I do to thank you all?? My first activation was from accompanying my uncle who is a dentist in Belgium. He took reiki usui I to heal his patients that undergoes tooth operation. When he visited my family, he told me about it and asked if I know someone who can attune him with reiki usui II. I didnt know what was reiki by then lol. Took me about a month before I found someone, but he gave my uncle goddess kundalini instead of reiki usui II. At that time, my uncle complained about not having any sensation at all ( he is not sensitive), he told me to get it also to feel it for myself. I took it, and boy my uncle was wrong. I experienced all those things, burning sensation, light headed, something moving along my spine, etc. and that was the beginning of my spiritual journey. The thing is that, the guy can not really explained anything about K. All he said that he really dont know how to put it in words and asked me to find informations from books or the internet. It confuse me, but luckily I found mrs angelique serpent website and thats where I got my information from. I got most of all those K syndromes, but they were not that bad. Infact, I was quite enjoying those, I missed those heats running around my body . Searching for more answer about kundalini, I met bayu, he taught me triangle-breathing technique and pranayama breathing. This helped me even further. I was just fine until I accompanied one of my friend that had asked me to learnt margaluyu from Budi. Budi is our senior in Kejawen ( javanese spirituality). And boom!! The incident happened. Well, curiosity kill the cat, in this case my K . I learnt a lot from this experience, and I believe it happened for a reason. About he got a charge from me, its not disturbing me at all, hopefully he also learnt something from my incident . All these things are like trial & error processes for me. Lucky me, I have all of you to help me with now Would you or anyone explain about chris' safeties? Any of you have messenger or msn? Mine is gorenaire, would really love to talk more unless you all prefer talking only in public forum. Thanks much again...and again...
