Guest guest
Ruari, That's a good idea I think to do the forgiveness, gratitudes, prayers and meditations after the Tibetans. I have found that I am really ready to settle down after doing the Tibetans and during compression breathing. It seems logical that doing the forgiveness and such afterward would also help me go deeper. I seem to be plateaued on the forgivenesses and gratitudes - going over the same stuff, but feeling different, more love, in addressing the subject matter. When I do the forgiveness . . . before the Tibetans, I often find that I have to sit there for several minutes to make myself calm down before beginning. Chrism, should we do this in the order that it is presented, or does the order matter? Many thanks, Ray
Guest guest
Hello Ray, In the order that suits you best Ray. I have also found that for myself the Tibetans will really set a good energy for the rest of the practice. -
Guest guest
Hi Ray and Ruari, I also naturally do the tibetans first and then the meditation, it seems to be the way it wants to go. I also find myself forgiving and releasing all day anyway from the minute I awake sometimes. It's all one big blob of energy happening simultaniously anyway, or thats how it seems to me. And, good to read about your feelings Ruari, wishing you blessings. Inlove Elektra x x x Win a BlackBerry device from O2 with . Enter now.
