Guest guest Posted September 12, 2006 Report Share Posted September 12, 2006 Thanks Chris, I am doing 30-45 min. of prayer and meditation in the a.m. 5-6 days per week. I am now working intensely on forgiveness and release of past experiences trying to heal this chronic pain in my neck. At home and work I am trying to consciously release resentments and help others with patience and kindness. I am using potatoes and onions and garlic and ginseng, I will add more root veggies.
