Guest guest
Ja!...... Praise Jah!.... Where do you think you have heard that before? It is biblical Sa...is the sound of the incoming breath. Ha ..... is the sound of the out going breath. Ujai Pranyama, Also alternate nostril breathing also breath awareness in and along the spine brings about the awareness of Jah. listen to the sounds that you may find Jah Sahaja I have been told to be a high yoga it is a linking between the throat centre and the higher centres in a triangular motion. Take very much caution with it. practice amoroli or take some medicines like valerian and warm pure milk (unhomogonised) preferably straight from the cow or living water at the side of the bed head where you sleep and drink it in the morning to strengthen the nerves. this kriya is not taught to just any one. so when you see some one talk about it question youselt to there authereric exsperience I have not been physicaly taught this but i know of it. Matter of fact I would seem fit to incorperate this into sadhana myself as I would keep it confined to the trianulation of the heart. and evan in such instance would only be gently gently to open the channel over many years in which i have alredy been doing so. Om Aum is the sound of the universal ethereal body it is the spirit substance that goes to create the physical world. The differing qualities of energy, like any fire substance cannot be taught in as much as it can only be experienced and or witnessed. Although theory of the differing existences may be recognised or applied.
