Guest guest
Thank you Deb for reminding me of this. This is what will often happen with a partial activation due to Shaktipat. The person may have an exposed potential for Kundalini, but no practice to fall back on for its nurturing. When they receive the Shaktipat they, instead of turning to the practice, turn to the person who gave them the Shaktipat. This is can be accompanied by feelings and yearnings of the need for more.....and more.....because the original transfer wasn't enough to sustain them they (understandably) want to feel the ecstasy and the One ness of being. This can turn into a dependency that quite often sends them all over the web or the world seeking out these feelings and experiences putting them at the mercy of people who would promise them the fix, but only if you serve me, or do this, or what ever. Some of these folks have visited here and because they did not receive that addiction fulfilled or read that a practice was attached to it they leave. The Shaktipat given here is attached to the practice given here. This will keep you unencumbered by dependancy on someone else and free you to reach and grow as far as you wish to, as long as you choose to. -
