And the practices, such as forgiveness, prayer, gratefulness, meditation, etc. - well, it just strikes me as feeling so " right " that you can't go wrong. I mean, who can argue with that? I am a little bit afraid of complete surrender for fear that when I light my next cigarette, I might cough up a lung! (And things like that.) Because, after all, I do live in Mississippi where people pass out mixed drinks, rather than green tea. And I could go on about that but let's just say, I wasn't born in " Health Haven of the World. And (little bit) funny sometimes, too! But worth it! I would teach you Mississippi-language, but apparently, that has been known to make Mother Nature very, very angry. So, we won't go there. Let's just say I am trying to get back in her good graces, so I am open to learning the k-language that I don't (always) understand. But what I do understand feels right for me. Guest guest
Hi, I went (surrendering to the instruction of the K) to Ft. Worth, Texas (did not know one person, never had been to Texas) after living in San Francisco for 20 years and stayed there 7 years, so I speak Texan now, lol. But wanted to say that, sort of unbelievably, I found a group of people (people I liked scattered here and there) each of whom knew someone else and introduced me to their friends who were sort of a spiritual underground and who knew of and were practicing what I loved. I also ended up very connected and involved with the Lakota Indians who were wonderful teachers and spiritual playmates. So, you just never know and my suggestion would be to follow your bliss and interests, put out an intention that you would like to meet others and the surrender and " listen " to what comes through. We are everywhere. (even found or was found by folks in the Czech Republic) This is assuming you would like to know others like you. But I never did say to my cowboy friends as they chewed on a piece of straw or my dignified Indian friends " tongue up " and am laughing right now imagining their faces.
