Guest guest
Hello All, May God bless and keep each of you. I could no longer keep myself from doing the Kundalini Yoga which I have on DVD. Since stopping it, I feel my progress has significantly slowed. (Chrism, I am of course keeping the Practice and 5 Tibetans as my mainstay). So, yesterday morning, I did the Practice. Yesterday evening I did the Kundalini Yoga. Wow, what a wonderful workout! So afterwards I finished making my meal. While cleaning up, I was wiping off the stove and my right hand seemed to feel heat. It was also in my arm. I checked the eyes on the stove and they were all off, but still the heat. I realized I was getting warm, and really felt it in my arm. Then I noticed a very noticeable (LOL) buzzing in the soles of both of my feet, going into my legs. I went to read our posts, wanted to reply, but was so tired, I got ready for bed. I slept for about 2 hours then awoke, very restless - like before. Like before, my whole body was buzzing from my feet to the top of my head, except that this time it was stronger, and I could the waves of what I describe as energy going from toe to head. Also, with my eyes closed, I was seeing phosphorescent waves of color changing and washing through my eyes. I tried to go back to sleep, but no way. I got up and thought about going outside barefoot as had suggested but it was raining and cold outside. I pulled out the Sun Salutation that also suggested in this situation and read it, but couldn't get it together enough to do it. (I'm going to practice and learn it so I don't have to think about how to do it when it's needed). So, I stayed up for a while, meditated, drank some water then went back to bed. I eventually got back to sleep. So here I am now, ready to leave for work, tired, but happy at the experience. Chrism, I will fast for 24 hours in preparation for your Shaktipat on Sunday, drinking only water. Ong namo gudu dev namo! Grace and Peace and Love to all! Guest guest
Hi Ray, sounds like shakti's building, I always used to read about this " buzzing " and was at first worried about how it would feel... not that worried but a little, of course, it's new territory and all thats new can be scarey at first. but, people would always say they enjoyed it, curious, I would think. when my thumb began to buzz i finally understood what people were talking about, when it stops you kind of miss it. It's a pleasant vibration, it spurs you forward with a desire to know it more. Much love Elektra x x x --- raazor1 <raazor wrote: > Hello All, > May God bless and keep each of you. > I could no longer keep myself from doing the > Kundalini Yoga which I > have on DVD.
