Hi Folks

I want to share some good time I had today. In the evening before I left

office, I was chatting with Keshav on telling me on some changes I have felt

in life for the past 4 days after meeting him - life is different, I used to

have lust on my head most of the time and like most, it was something an

almost daily act but now it is not the same with me - even though I look and

admire someone, I look on to appreciate the maintainance of the feature they

have in them rather than looking at them with lust.

Well, let me come to today's experience, I was telling Keshave that for the

past 3 nights am actually sleeping just around 6 hours than the usual 8+

hours and I feel sleepy at office a bit but after the hectic schedule in

office, when I get back home, I dont sleep before midnight. He told me that

I will overcome my tierdness and will enjoy life. Just after an hour, I was

not feeling tired, but high with full of zeal to meet friends and freak out

and I proceeded to meet them. I went to one of my friend's house and they

were in the neighbour's house watching some snaps of a recent trip - It

didn't intrest me and I just took the keys of their house, unlocked the

door, took off my shirt and just lay on my back still on the floor - just a

few seconds and I was lost in the mode of silence, I could sense the

chillness of the floor, it was giving me a cooling effect and was reaching

my mind - I am really running short of words, but, i could sense the

chillness was cooling me off and making me more active to make me open up

myself - MY INNER SELF - I could see how my mom used to massage my head when

I was a kid, I could see the gentle hands of my aunt, who held me and found

it tough to part with me ( I was adopted by my spinster aunt when I was 8

months old), I could see a ray which told me " you have more in you but you

dont know - you know how rich you are in terms of love you have received but

do you know how much love you have given to others? " ..... just as I was to

seek more, I was waken up by a sudden voice of the mixer running (the maid

had come in to prepare dinner) - then I just went to the open terrace with a

tumbler of tea (we Indians love to have tea in steel conical glasses) and a

lit up smoke - I could see a part of Bangalore with the lights, for the

first time I could see the art in the different set of lights across the

city and as I was observing that, a strong romantic chill breeze showered on

my face to make me feel good. It was something like it was telling me

" Pulse, here is a gift to you to make you more active " - Belive it or not, I

went out for dinner with my friends and I was able to change the mindset of

a person who always used to feel that others are cheating him. I feel more

gifted when he spoke out that no one in life had spoken to him in such a way

with a concern.

Then as I was coming home, I could enjoy the pleasent weather in Bangalore

and wanted to be out for more time but didnt want to be alone - I called one

of my friend and he didn't pick the call and as I was close to home, he

called me and told me that he was near my house and invited to have

Ice-cream - WOW! Ice-cream at midnight- yES! yES! yES! - I just went and was

surprised to see more friends with him - we just sat with our ice-creams and

did the usual gossiping - As I was having my dessert, I told myself - " Pulse

- enjoy the treat and it is your day, Pulse doggies day ;) - just go and

share this and intoxicate yourself with a BIG cup of BLACK Coffee " - And

thats what am doing - Ihave come to the end of this mail and am off to the

kitchen to help myself with a BIG cup of coffee and then will later keep

awake doing something till 4:30 AM and wait for my aunt to give me a grin to

stay awake ;)

Take care - have a nice day / night / evening / weekend with lots of love

and bliss

Pulse,

Isn't it amazing GREAT how things can look different on a whim and how certain

people can influence change without even trying? I am so ecstatic to hear of

your wonderful experience and how magnificent your day ways all the way around!

Continue to enjoy life for what it is and admiring the beauty of all things!

Continue to pass on your apparent love to others and continue to touch others as

you touched your friend! Have a wonderful and glorious day! GOD be with YOU and

BLESS YOU Always!

Much Love and Peace for All Eternity,

Katherine

I must be very different, most people I know love chocolate! I eat chocolate

(milk chocolate) sometimes, like Reese's Peanut Butter cups, but not often.

Chocolate is either toooo sweet or toooo bitter! What is wrong with ME??? :)
